- Desktop System Information
In case of troubles with the Rouvy Desktop application, please, send us the following information:
System Information: Go to the top window menu in the app Help -> System Information. Copy the text by clicking the Copy to clipboard link at the bottom of the dialogue window. Paste the text (e.g. by keyboard Ctrl+V) into the email or technical support ticket.
The log file: Send us the log file from your home directory
C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Local\VirtualTraining\rouvy.log + rouvy_ar.log from the same directory. The
"username"is the Windows system username. Important:
AppData folder is hidden by default. You have to enable to show the hidden folders in the Windows file explorer first.
