Face a trouble with the desktop app?

Before you contact support – please, share system info! In the case of troubles with the Rouvy Desktop application, please, send us the following information. 

System Information: Go to the top window menu „Help“ > System Information. Copy the text by clicking the Copy to clipboard link at the bottom of the dialogue window. Paste the text (e.g. keyboard Ctrl+V) into the e-mail or technical support ticket.

The log file: Send us the log file from your home directory C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Local\VirtualTraining\Rouvy.log The "username" is the Windows system username. Important note: AppData folder is hidden by default. You have to enable to show the hidden folders in the Windows file explorer first.
