What should I do when Error occurred?

 

If you received an error message, please, try to make a screenshot and send it to our support team. This feedback is very important for us to improve our app as much as possible!

Another very helpful thing is if you can describe exactly what you did and when the error appears, what device and trainers you are using and what firmware versions do you have. If you do have an Android tell us the Android version too.
