Error message "You don't have valid subscription"

What could I do, when I bought a subscription via iTunes/ GooglePlay, but the app says - „You don’t have a valid subscription“?

Please, go to our Rouvy app -> setting -> subscription -> and click to button „Refresh subscription“.

How does it look in the app?
