Password Change or Reset

To make sure that your ROUVY account is secure, you need to create a strong password and update it regularly.
This article guides you through the process of changing your password in your account, as well as instructions for resetting your password if you've forgotten it. 

 


Please note: if you need to change your email address, please contact one of our agents - it is not possible to do it on your own.

 

Changing Your Password

If you want to change your password, and you have access to the email you used to register on ROUVY, the process is simple, and you can do it both through your WEB account on ROUVY.com and through the ROUVY App.

If you do not have the access to your registration email anymore - please contact one of our agents, we will help you.

To change your password through your web account:

  • Go to ROUVY.com, and log in to your ROUVY account in the top right corner, using your email and existing password;
  • Click on MY ACCOUNT;
  • Scroll down until you see the CHANGE PASSWORD link.

  • Click the CHANGE PASSWORD link and the prompt appears asking to confirm the password change;
  • Click SEND in the prompt and then check your email for the instructions on how to reset your password;
  • You will be asked to enter a new password through the email link.

Important note!
It can take up to 20 minutes to change your password, please be patient!

If the email takes too long to come, we especially recommend GMAIL users look at the PROMOTION section in their email inboxes. Other users are advised to check their SPAM folders.

To change your password through the ROUVY App:

  • Launch the ROUVY App;
  • Click on settings ICON in the top right corner;
  • Click on MY PROFILE.

This opens an in-app browser and the following step are the same as changing the password on the web:

  • Scroll down to the CHANGE PASSWORD link;
  • Confirm sending the email;
  • Change the password through the email link.

 

Resetting Your Password

Whether you've just forgotten your password, or have a suspicion that your password may be compromised, please reset your password immediately.

Successful password reset for your ROUVY account depends on whether you have access to the email you've registered with, or not.

  • If you have your registration email accessible, you can reset your password both in your web account and in the ROUVY App.
  • If your registration email is not accessible anymore, you need to get in touch with us as soon as possible, we will help you.

When the registration email is accessible, please do the following:

  • go to ROUVY.com/login and click on "Forgot your password?" under the log-in button;
  • then enter your registration email and click SEND;
  • an email comes with a link to reset your password.

Important note!

You can reset the password in the ROUVY App but you need to be logged out  first:

  • To log out of the ROUVY App: on the DASHBOARD SCREEN, click on SETTINGS ICON in the top right corner of the display, and then click on LOGOUT;
  • On the initial screen click "Forgot password?" under the log-in details in the app;
  • This takes you to the browser to follow the same steps: confirm sending the email, then follow the link in the email to reset your password.
