A ROUVY SUBSCRIPTION is universal and cross-platform. You can use any supported device (Windows device, iPad, iPhone, Android, MacBook and Apple TV). With a ROUVY SUBSCRIPTION , you can use the app on 5 allowed devices.
How to purchase a ROUVY subscription plan
Please remember that the ROUVY SUBSCRIPTION is linked to the user account that was used during the purchase.
We allow payment via Credit card and PayPal.
Please:
- LOG IN to your USER PROFILE.
- Click on the SUBSCRIBE NOW button.
- You will be redirected to the subscription plan overview.
- Select the plan.
- Click to PROCEED TO PAYMENT.
- Add the payment method and that's all! The invoice will be sent to your email address.
How to pay via Credit card
Please do the following steps:
- Simply complete the credit card info
- Confirm the payment.
- Then you will be redirected to 3D secure verification
- Verify the transaction.
The Credit card verification process is linked with a $1/€1 transaction. These unit payments are part of the PSD2 authorization process. The gateway makes this transaction to the bank. Please note that the bank forces the user to perform additional verification - if not done, it voids the transaction.
How to pay via PayPal
Please do the following:
- Choose payment via PayPal.
- Tap the "PayPal checkout" button.
- You will be redirected to the PayPal login.
- Login and then 'Agree' to the Terms and Conditions
- Continue to the next page.
- Now you will be back on the ChargeBee checkout page where your payment is chosen and you only need to fill in your billing information and Subscribe.

What is important to know
The payment for long-term plans is made once for a given period.
The SUBSCRIPTION is active for the paid period and can not be paused.
A ROUVY SUBSCRIPTION automatically renews until canceled. To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least a day before each renewal date in your USER PROFILE on ROUVY.com. The subscription plan will be canceled at the end of the term.
What should I do if my payment has been declined
- Make sure that you have entered the correct Credit card information.
- Check the card expiry date.
- Make sure that you have online payments enabled.
- In case of an error message, take a screenshot and send it to us.
