Sometimes can happen that your payment is unsuccessful but you don't know why so there are some fast tips to try before contacting the Rouvy Support team.
- Check your CC expiration
- Make sure your CC # is correct
If everything is all right the most of declined payments are ending with an Error Code 2046 - "The customer's bank is unwilling to accept the transaction. For credit/debit card transactions, the customer will need to contact their bank for more details regarding this generic decline; if this is a PayPal transaction, the customer will need to contact PayPal".
In this case, you have to contact your bank provider and check what's wrong because it's declined from the provider side.
