1. Q: Why was my ACTIVITY banned?

A: Check your PROFILE SETTINGS (WEIGHT, HEIGHT). Check if your trainer is correctly connected and if you do not have the non-human values.

Trainer has to be controlled by ROUVY, no other controls from apps so you can have constant WATTS, etc.


2. Q: I registered on ENDU/Sportsoft, but I do not appear on the list of race participants. Why?

A: It takes a while before the external registration is synchronized with our website.


3. Q: Why can I not connect to STRAVA?

A: You are connected there with the older ROUVY account.

If you do not know which one, send us your Strava ID (Number in the URL when you click on your PROFILE at Strava).



A: Go to ROUVY.com and log in under your credentials. Click on the gear icon (SETTINGS) and choose PROFILE or ACCOUNT SETTINGS.


5. Q: Do Rider icon colors mean anything on the map elevation view?

A: The color is given randomly to the rider's icons. It has no meaning. Only your icon has a blue color. The white icon with the number is for the group of riders. The number denotes how many riders are in the group.


6. Q: How can I subscribe to newsletters?

A: Log in at ROUVY.com and scroll down. You will find there a NEWSLETTER field for email.


7. Q: How can I minimize the ROUVY App?

A: Press alt+enter (Windows).
Press control+the up arrow (Macbook).


8. Q: How can I take a screenshot?

A: Windows - There are multiple ways to take a screenshot. The easiest one is the windows key + print screen.

The screenshot will be saved to the PICTURES and SCREENSHOTS folder.

A: Mac - To capture the entire screen, press Command-Shift-3. The screenshot will be automatically saved as a PNG file on your desktop with the filename starting with PICTURE followed by a number, for example, Picture 1, Picture 2, and so on.

A: Android - Press and hold the power button. You'll get a pop-up window on the right side of your screen with icons that let you power off, restart, call an emergency number or take a screenshot. Or... Hold down the power button and press the volume-down button.

9. Q: How long a break can I take?

A: You can take a 2-hour long break before the activity is canceled.


10. Q: I cannot see a video, only the map. How can I change it?

A: There is a camera icon in the top right corner. Click on it and you will see a video.


11. Q: I do not want to see my AVATAR. How can I change it?

A: Go to the in-ride menu and click on SETTINGS. You can see CAMERA DISTANCE there.

Change it to ME. You will not see your AVATAR.


12. Q: How to switch a full-screen mode to a window for ROUVY Desktop App?

Press ALT + ENTER.
