Troubleshooting - Avatar is not moving

The countdown is over and you are still standing on the start line? You are not moving?

  1. Unplug the trainer from power, wait for 15 seconds, and then plug it back into power.
  2. You are connected elsewhere. Disconnect from every other app or device. 
  3. Your batteries in sensors are dying. Change your batteries. Try your trainer with another app, if it works.
  4. You need to permit the App on the third side. Allow ROUVY in the utility App of the trainer.
  5. Your screen freezes - Download the routes.
