Troubleshooting - Avatar is not moving

The countdown is over and you are still standing on the start line? You are not moving?


  1. You are connected elsewhere.
  2. Your batteries are dying.
  3. You need to permit the app of the third side.
  4. Your screen freezes.



  1. Disconnect from every other app or device.
  2. Change your batteries
  3. Allow ROUVY in the utility app of the trainer.
  4. Download the routes.
