Troubleshooting - Avatar is not moving

The countdown is over and you are still standing on the start line? You are not moving?
- Unplug the trainer from power, wait for 15 seconds, and then plug it back into power.
- You are connected elsewhere. Disconnect from every other app or device.
- Your batteries in sensors are dying. Change your batteries. Try your trainer with another app, if it works
- You need to permit the app of the third side. Allow ROUVY in the utility app of the trainer.
- Your screen freezes. Download the routes.
