Settings

As a ROUVY user, if you wish to change or edit any of the information on your account. There are different ways to do that. Rouvy settings are divided into two categories. We have Web settings and  APP settings. Settings help you to get orientation on where to manage what you want.

 

Web settings

Route to find:  head to rouvy.com → login → click on your profile (right top corner) → My account

There you can manage the following:

CHANGE PASSWORD (scroll the page down)          COUNTRY          DATE OF BIRTH           GENDER 

HEIGHT               NICKNAME             PACE UNITS           THRESHOLD POWER (FTP)          WEIGHT

UNITS (Imperial x Metrics)

You can not change it on your own.

 

 

APP settings

Route to find: open the ROUVY app → click the menu (right top corner) → settings

There you can change:

ALTITUDE CHART          AUTO PAUSE          CAMERA DISTANCE          WARM-UP         COOL-DOWN

ENABLE SOUNDS            DRAFTING              GHOST RIDERS                     GRAPHIC QUALITY   

LANGUAGE                   NEARBY LIST           PANORAMIC VIEW           POWER UNIT (Watt/Kg x FTP)

REALITY LEVEL        SPLIT INFORMATION            UI SCALE                   VIDEO STREAMING QUALITY

You can change the options above also over a ride :) 

 

Moreover, in the app, you can also find the Appearance Settings.
Route to find: open the app → Click your username → green button “Appearance Settings”.

There is possible to manage Avatar (jersey), Bike (Road bike x Time trial bike), and select a gender.

If you want to deactivate the account, go to the rouvy.com → My account → scroll the page down → deactivate account
After deactivation you will not be able to use your user profile in ROUVY, PowerTap or any other partner applications. Your subscription will be canceled automatically.

The subscription of Android or Apple purchased via Google Play or iTunes apps must be canceled manually in your Google Play or iTunes account.
