ROUVY Challenges are the unique feature that motivates you for better performance and results while being fun and entertaining.
Each challenge sets different targets and rules that you have to accomplish to get the Career Coins. Ride and finish all tasks in a Race or Time Trial mode before the challenge time is up!
If you've registered but cannot participate - there is no need to do anything, you can stay registered.

Otherwise, the challenge will not be accepted and counted! If you follow the rules above, you will receive your jersey immediately after completing the Challenge!

Where to Find Challenges
Challenges can be found both on ROUVY.com and in the ROUVY App.
Challenges on ROUVY.com
To find the Challenges section on the website,
- log in to your user account;
- click on the Challenges tab at the top of the page;
- you can see the lists of your joined, ongoing, upcoming, and finished challenges;
click through the tabs to see all the challenges;
- you can join the challenge by clicking on the challenge tile, and then by clicking the Join the Challenge button;
- you can also see the XP points you get for the challenge, as well as the Invite Friends button.
- scroll down this page to see all the routes that are part of the challenge, as well as more details and prizes;
- you can also see the results tab next to the description;
| Please make sure you ride each challenge route in one go with the reality level set to 100%! This is important for the challenge to be counted! |
Challenges in the ROUVY app
You can join the challenge in the app as well.
- Log in to the ROUVY App;
- click on the Challenges tab in the left-hand menu;
- in this tab you can see recommended challenges, as well as your challenges, and all available challenges;
- click on the challenge tile, and then click on the Join Challenge button to participate.
FAQ

Check if you've ridden in Time Trial mode, or on Just Ride mode with 100% reality level. If your reality level in Just Ride mode was lower, unfortunately, this does not count as a Challenge.
Also, check your parameters, such as your weight and height - make sure they are set correctly so that you do not show non-human values and you are not disqualified.

Unfortunately, it is not possible. You can always copy the name of the route in the challenge detail.
