ROUVY integrates seamlessly with Hammerhead, allowing you to sync your outdoor cycling activities and earn Experience points (XP) for your outdoor rides.
This article will guide you through connecting your accounts and explain how the integration works.
How to sync ROUVY and Hammerhead
To enable synchronization:
- Go to riders.ROUVY.com and log in to your ROUVY account by clicking on the Log in button in the top-right corner;
- Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and in the drop-down menu choose 'Connected Apps and Devices':
- Navigate to the 'Connected Apps' tab on the page;
- In the 'Available Apps' section, find Hammerhead and click Connect.
- You will be redirected to the Hammerhead authorization page;
- Enter your Hammerhead login details and grant ROUVY access to your profile and data.
| When granting permissions, make sure you grant all possible data sharing. |
- After authorization, you’ll see the Hammerhead app listed in your connected apps.
That’s it! The sync is now active!
Types of synchronization
In the 'Connected Apps' tab, choose your preferred synchronization mode:

Auto synchronization: Activities sync automatically once they’re completed. No extra steps needed.
This is the only way to earn Experience Points (XP) for your outdoor rides on ROUVY.

Important: Manual synchronization isn’t currently supported for the Hammerhead app. Auto sync must be enabled before your ride to appear in your Training Calendar and count toward your XP. Past outdoor rides can’t be added later. |
Where to view your Hammerhead activities in ROUVY
Once synchronization is enabled, your Hammerhead activities will appear in your Training Calendar and be marked in grey as Outdoor Activities. Your earned Experience Points (XP) are marked directly on the activity.
To access your Training Calendar, click on the 'Calendar' tab in the top navigation bar on Riders Portal, or use this direct link.
Clicking on the outdoor activity in the Training Calendar will take you directly to your Hammerhead activity, where you can view its full stats.
Synchronize Your Timezone
To ensure the imported data from your connected apps is synced correctly, make sure your time zone is set accurately in the connected apps settings.
- Use this direct link to access the Connected Apps page in your Riders Portal.
- Scroll to the very bottom of the page and choose your time zone in the menu.
