Why buy from the e-shop
We only stock equipment we've tested with ROUVY, so whatever you choose from our e-shop will pair with the app and report your power, speed, and cadence correctly. You can buy with confidence.
If you're new to indoor cycling, that removes the most common source of setup trouble: buying something that turns out not to be compatible.
In other words, the shop is already a curated shortlist. You don't need to research which models work. If it's in the e-shop, it works with ROUVY.
Choosing your setup
The right equipment depends mostly on whether you already own a bike, and on your budget.
- If you already have a bike you're happy to ride indoors, a smart trainer is usually the simpler and more affordable choice. Your bike attaches to the trainer, and the trainer measures your effort and adjusts resistance as the road rises and falls in ROUVY.
- If you'd rather not move your bike on and off a trainer, or you want a setup that stays ready to ride, a smart bike is a self-contained option. It replaces the bike-plus-trainer combination entirely, so there's nothing to swap between indoor and outdoor riding.
Prices vary widely across both categories, so it's worth deciding on a budget before you browse.

What you'll find in the shop
The e-shop is organized into three collections:
- Smart trainers: the models most of our riders use, all fully supported.
- Smart bikes: complete indoor bikes for a permanent setup.
- Training accessories: tablet holders, upgrade kits, and compatibility parts.
Ordering and delivery

IMPORTANT We don't ship anywhere else at this time, so orders to regions such as Australia, Switzerland, or Norway aren't possible. Orders ship within your own region (EU orders within the EU, UK orders within the UK, and US orders within the US), so there are no import duties or extra charges to settle when your delivery arrives. |
Prices appear in euros, British pounds, or US dollars depending on your location, and they include VAT.
The VAT amount is itemized on your invoice, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Shipping cost depends on your location, and you'll see the exact amount in your cart before you pay. Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery within the US, UK, and EU typically takes another 3-5 business days.
Some orders ship in more than one package. Zwift Ride & KICKR CORE, for example, arrives as three separate packages, and they may not all be delivered on the same day. If one package turns up before the others, there's nothing to worry about: the rest are still on their way.
Who can buy

The e-shop sells to individual customers only. We aren't able to issue VAT-free invoices or process purchases as a business, even when the equipment is for a gym or a club. |
You're welcome to order as a regular customer, and that's the only option available.
Memberships and vouchers

The e-shop sells hardware, not ROUVY memberships. Buying a trainer or smart bike doesn't automatically include a membership. |
From time to time, the e-shop runs promotions that include a discount on membership when you buy hardware. When one is running, you'll see the details on the product or checkout page, so it's worth a look before you order.
Returns and warranty
You have 30 days from delivery to return a product.
To be eligible, the item needs to be undamaged and clean, with no signs of use, and packed in its original packaging with all accessories, cables, and documentation included.
Return shipping is free for smart trainers and accessories. For Zwift Ride, a return shipping fee applies: €40 in the EU, £30 in the UK, and $40 in the US. The original outbound shipping cost isn't refunded. Once the warehouse receives and checks your return, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Your hardware is also covered by warranty against manufacturing defects under normal, non-commercial indoor use. In the EU and UK the warranty runs for 2 years, and in the US it runs for 1 year.
