This article guides you through the steps to cancel your ROUVY subscription.
Your ROUVY subscription renews automatically on your billing date unless you cancel it.

Important These following steps apply only to subscriptions purchased directly through ROUVY. If you subscribed via Google Play or the App Store, you’ll need to cancel through the respective platform. |
What happens when you cancel
After you've successfully followed the steps below and cancelled your subscription,
- Your account stays active: you can log in and re-subscribe anytime.
- Your cycling data remains saved and secure. It will not be deleted.
- You can still use a free account, which includes 25km of cycling per month.
- If you want to delete your account and all associated data completely, contact our support team using this link. Please note that this deletion is irreversible.
| All ROUVY riders can pause their billing for up to 180 days. Consider pausing your subscription instead of cancelling. The difference between pausing and cancelling is described here. More information on ROUVY Pausing is available here. |
Steps to cancel your subscription
- Go to ROUVY.com and log in.
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select 'Account and Membership' from the dropdown menu.
- Click the 'Manage Subscription' button.
- Click on the 'Cancel Subscription' button.
- Scroll down and confirm your cancellation by clicking the 'Finish Cancellation' button.
- After you've cancelled, you’ll be invited to leave feedback. We’d really appreciate hearing your thoughts.
- After canceling, you’ll be taken back to your Membership page.
There, you’ll see a confirmation message and the date your subscription will end.

Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You can also undo the cancellation before the cancellation date, or simply re-subscribe at any time. |
Canceling during your free trial
- The steps are the same as above.
- Your cancellation screen will look slightly differently and will confirm your trial end date.
Delete your account completely
If you want to permanently and irreversibly delete all your ROUVY data from our servers, contact our support team using this link.
| Please note: This action cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. |
Refunds
In general, ROUVY has a no-refund policy.
