COROS is a popular platform that offers advanced tools for tracking and analyzing your athletic performance.
Designed for endurance athletes, COROS products provide real-time data on metrics like heart rate, pace, elevation, and power. The COROS ecosystem can help you track your training load, recovery, and progress over time through its app, offering detailed insights into your performance.
We are excited to integrate COROS into the ROUVY app, enabling you to sync your workouts seamlessly, giving you a better insight and overview of your training.

Turn On ROUVY and COROS Synchronization
To enable synchronization:
- Go to riders.ROUVY.com and log into your ROUVY account by clicking on the Log in button in the top-right corner;
- Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and in the drop-down menu choose 'Connected Apps and Devices':
- Navigate to the 'Connected Apps' tab on the page;
- In the 'Available Apps' section, find COROS and click Connect.
- You will be redirected to the COROS authorization page;

Enter your COROS login details and grant ROUVY access to your profile and data.
- After the authorization is done, you should see your COROS app connected in the list of connected apps.
That is it! Synchronization is now on!
Types of Synchronization
In the Connected Apps tab, you can choose your preferred synchronization mode:

Auto synchronization syncs the activity automatically after it ends.
No need to do anything - the process is automatic. - Manual synchronization lets you choose which activity you want to synchronize, as you must do it manually for every activity using your ROUVY training calendar.
Where to View Your COROS Activities in ROUVY
Once synchronization is enabled, your COROS activities will appear in your Training Calendar and be marked in grey as Outdoor Activities. Your earned Experience Points (XP) are marked directly on the activity.
To access your Training Calendar, click on the 'Calendar' tab in the top navigation bar on Riders Portal, or use this direct link.
Clicking on the outdoor activity in the Training Calendar will take you directly to your COROS activity, where you can view its full stats.
Synchronize Your Timezone
To ensure the imported data from your connected apps is synced correctly, make sure your time zone is set accurately in the connected apps settings.
- Use this direct link to access the Connected Apps page in your Riders Portal.
- Scroll to the very bottom of the page and choose your time zone in the menu.
