My Activities

You can find a list of your completed activities in your profile on ROUVY.com, or your Training Diary on my.rouvy.com

If you have an issue with uploading your activity take a look at a possible solution here.

 

Your Activities on ROUVY.com

To see your activities,

  • first log in to your ROUVY account on ROUVY.com;
  • On the main dashboard scroll down to see the Activities Section;
  • Choose to see All Activities or My Activites by choosing the corresponding option in the menu on top of the list;

  • Each activity has its length, duration, coins, and experience points gained written on it;
  • You can switch between Indoor and Outdoor activities lists, as well as click on Details to see more information on each activity.
  • You can also see all your activities in a Training Calendar by clicking on View Past Activities:

  • Rides, Events, Outdoor activities and Workouts - all are marked in different colors In the calendar view.

  • Scroll down to see both your Monthly and Lifetime Statistics:

ROUVY supports your outdoor riding efforts and counts your Outdoor Activities for your Career.
Never stop riding outside. Ride indoors whenever you can, to keep your fitness level rising.
Activities can be uploaded via Connected Apps, take a look at this section for more information.

 

Your Activities in Your Training Diary on my.rouvy.com

To see a detailed history of your activities go to your training diary on my.rouvy.com using this link.

You will see a calendar view of the activities recorded, as well as a Sports Statistics list under the calendar view.

You can also switch to the agenda view in the top-right corner.
The agenda view helps you to filter through your activities more easily based on date, title, duration, and distance.

 

To see more details of each activity, just click on the activity itself and you'll get all the statistics.

You can also export the activity with the button in the top-right corner.

You can only export (not import) an activity as a .fit and .tcx file.

From the calendar view, you can also click on the full statistics button to get your overall personal statistics.

Your activities are saved forever, you can always come back and take another look.

 

My Finished Activity did not Upload

Do not delete the activity, please. Let the update be in progress.
It can take a few hours before it is successfully uploaded.
If the activity is not uploaded for a longer time, don't hesitate to contact us.

First, we recommend logging out, waiting for a little, restarting the app, and logging in back again.

The activity might not upload if:

  • your Internet connection is unstable or off,
  • your device is out of storage.

Check your connection and storage first.
