Progress Report: what you see after a ride

The Progress Report sums up what your riding session moved forward: XP and level, weekly quests, challenges, records, and training metrics, all on one screen.

A session is one ride, or several rides in a row chained with Ride Next. Everything you gained across them lands in the same report, so you don't have to piece it together from separate summaries.

When the report appears

The report opens when your session really ends: after you end the ride, or when you close the Ride Next dialog. It doesn't show up between activities chained with Ride Next.

First come a few short celebration moments, only for things that happened in this session: a level up, a personal record, a finished quest, or a trophy. Then the full report opens.

Tap Continue to move on to rating the route and the classic ride summary with your stats. If the Companion App is connected, you can tap Continue on your phone too.

The Progress Report after a ride, with Career level, Weekly quests, Training status, 7d load, and Challenges

What's in the report

The report is built from sections. Each one shows only when there is something to show, so two reports rarely look exactly the same.

Section What it shows
Career level The XP you earned this session, your current level, and how much XP is left to the next one. More in ROUVY Career.
Weekly quests

This week's quests (earlier called weekly goals) for distance, climbing, and workouts, and how far this session moved each one.

Finished quests are ticked off, and progress keeps counting past the target.

Challenges Up to 3 of your challenges: first the ones this session moved forward, then other running challenges, ending soonest first.
Ride frequency The days you rode this week and your weekly streak. It appears in place of Challenges when you have no challenge running.
Top-right icons What you unlocked this session: a new FTP, personal records, segment trophies, and badges.
Training status 7d load

Your Training status, Recovery, and 7d load after the ride.

7d load is your total training load over the past seven days, shown against your recommended range.

Recovery is explained in Training Insights in the Companion App.

Open the report again later

You can open the Progress Report any time from your profile. Go to your profile in the ROUVY app and click the Progress Report button in the top-right corner.

Opened this way, the report shows where you stand right now, without the celebration moments. The Challenges section lists the challenges you finished in your last session, then the ones still running.

Personal records are part of the report

Personal records now appear in the Progress Report, in the row of icons at the top right.

When you chain rides with Ride Next, records from every activity count, and if you beat the same record twice, you see the better one. More about the record types in Personal Records.

Troubleshooting

I didn't get a Progress Report after my ride ▶

The report appears only when at least one activity in the session lasted 5 minutes or more. It also waits until the session is over, so if you went straight into another route with Ride Next, you'll see everything in one report at the end.

One of my challenges isn't in the report ▶

The report shows up to 3 challenges, starting with the ones this session moved forward. Long-term, global, and club challenges aren't shown in the report. You can follow all of them in Challenges as usual.

My 7d load says "Keep riding to see your optimal load" ▶

Your recommended load range needs a bit more of your ride data to be reliable. Until then, the report shows your 7d load without the range, and the range appears once you've ridden more.

If something in your report looks wrong, please contact us and include the date of the ride and the name of the route.
