Starting from the ROUVY App 3.6.2, you can become friends with other indoor cyclists from all around the world directly in the ROUVY App.

Just add other cyclists as your friends on Rider's Portal, and in the ROUVY App you can see if they are online, and join them on their current route with just one click.

During the ride, you can now interact with other riders by giving them Kudos, more info is in this section below.

How to Join a Friend's Ride

When you click on your friends' list symbol in the top-right of your ROUVY App dashboard, you will see the list of your friends, who are currently online, together with the route they are now on.

Click on your friend's profile, and you'll see all the information about their current status.

Pay attention to their status: you can join a friend who is cycling, watch a friend in the race, and see who is just online and in the workout mode.

If they are training at the moment (cycling but not in a workout), you can join them by clicking on 'Ride now.'

If your friend is not cycling at the moment, you won't see them as Online.

If a friend is in workout, you cannot join them.

PLEASE NOTE

If their route is part of a challenge, a dialog will appear asking whether you’d like to start the challenge from the beginning or teleport directly to your friend.

Kudos

Encourage the other cyclists on the route with kudos!
Click on the reaction on the right of your cycling screen, or in the Companion App.

PLEASE NOTE
The Kudos are visible to all users within 15-meters radius.
You will not see the Kudos if you disable them in the settings, as shown below.

Currently, you cannot send messages to the other users in the ROUVY app while cycling. We hope to bring this feature to you in the future.
