Final Surge is a training platform used by athletes and coaches to manage training, track performance, and analyze workout data. It offers tools for planning, tracking, and reviewing endurance training, including heart rate, pace, and power metrics, helping athletes monitor their progress effectively.
We are excited to offer the synchronization between ROUVY and Final Surge, allowing you to automatically send your ROUVY workouts to Final Surge for easy tracking and analysis, as well as importing your Final Surge workout of the day to ROUVY.
How to Enable Synchronization
Synchronization is available for users with active ROUVY and Final Surge accounts.
To enable synchronization:
- Log in to your ROUVY account on the web;
- Click on your icon in the top-right corner and select Account and Membership in the drop-down menu;
- Navigate to the Connected Apps tab;
- You will see your already Connected Apps and Available Apps to connect;
- In the Available Apps list, find FinalSurge and click Connect;
- You will be redirected to the Final Surge authorization page;
- Enter your Final Surge login details and authorize ROUVY to connect to your Final Surge profile and data;
Once connected, Final Surge will appear in the list of Connected Apps at the top of the screen.
Automatic and Manual Synchronization
You can choose between automatic and manual synchronization for your activities.
You can change the type of synchronization by moving the slider next to the Final Surge app in the list.
When the slider is toggled to the right, Sync Automatically is enabled, and your activities will be automatically synced with ROUVY.
ROUVY offers a bi-directional automatic synchronization with Final Surge:
- your workouts from ROUVY will be automatically synced to Final Surge;
- your Final Surge workouts import is enabled, including your Final Surge Workout of the Day.

IMPORTANT |
If the slider is not in the Sync Automatically position, each individual activity must be sent manually from your Training Calendar.

Where to Find Final Surge Workouts
Once connected, you can find your Final Surge workouts on the ROUVY app.
To see your Final Surge workouts in the ROUVY app,
- log in to the ROUVY app;
- click on the Workouts tab on the left;
- Scroll down to see My Collections;
- Click on the Final Surge tile.
