The CoachCat app is an AI-powered coaching platform designed to help cyclists optimize their training.
It provides personalized workout recommendations, real-time performance analysis, and dynamic training adjustments based on your fitness data, making it a great tool for achieving your cycling goals.

How to Enable Synchronization
Synchronization is available for users with active ROUVY and CoachCat accounts. To enable sync:
- Log in to your ROUVY account on the web;
- Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select 'Connected Apps and Devices' from the drop-down menu;
- The second tab on the screen called 'Connected Apps' will show your Connected and Available Apps;
- In the Available Apps list, find CoachCat and click Connect;
- You will be redirected to the CoachCat authorization page;
- Enter your CoachCat login details and authorize ROUVY to connect to your CoachCat profile and data;
Once connected, CoachCat will appear in the list of Connected Apps at the top of the screen.
Make sure the switch under CoachCat is set to Sync Automatically. This means that activities will be automatically synced with ROUVY.

Only data recorded directly in CoachCat will sync to ROUVY. If you’ve synced activities from other devices to CoachCat, those won’t be synced with ROUVY. |
Types of Synchronization
You can choose either automatic or manual synchronization:
- Automatic: Workouts will automatically sync with CoachCat upon completion.
- Manual: Select specific activities from your ROUVY training calendar to sync with CoachCat.
Where to Find CoachCat Workouts in the ROUVY App
Once your accounts are connected, you can view your synced CoachCat workouts in the Workouts section of the ROUVY app:
- Open the ROUVY app and log in;
- In the left-hand menu, click Workouts.
- Scroll down to My Collections;
- Look for the CoachCat tile and click it to see your synced workouts.
Synchronize Your Timezone
To ensure the imported data from your connected apps is synced correctly, make sure your time zone is set accurately in the connected apps settings.
- Use this direct link to access the Connected Apps page in your Riders Portal.
- Scroll to the very bottom of the page and choose your time zone in the menu.
