Love using Intervals.icu to keep an eye on your training progress?
Great news—ROUVY now supports integration with Intervals.icu!
Once connected, your ROUVY rides will automatically sync to Intervals.icu, making it super easy to explore your stats, monitor fitness trends, and plan your workouts.
In this article, we’ll guide you through the simple steps to link your ROUVY account with Intervals.icu.

Turn On ROUVY and Intervals.icu Synchronization
To enable synchronization:
- Go to riders.ROUVY.com and log into your ROUVY account by clicking on the Log in button in the top-right corner;
- Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and in the drop-down menu choose 'Connected Apps and Devices':
- Navigate to the 'Connected Apps' tab on the page;
- In the 'Available Apps' section, find Intervals.icu and click Connect.
- You will be redirected to the Intervals.icu authorization page;

Enter your Intervals.icu login details and grant ROUVY access to your profile and data.
- After the authorization is done, you should see your Intervals.icu app connected in the list of connected apps.
That is it! Synchronization is now on!
Types of Synchronization
In the Connected Apps tab, you can choose your preferred synchronization mode:

Auto synchronization syncs the activity automatically after it ends.
No need to do anything - the process is automatic. - Manual synchronization lets you choose which activity you want to synchronize, as you must do it manually for every activity using your ROUVY training calendar.
Where to Find Intervals.icu Workouts in the ROUVY App
Once your accounts are connected, you can view your synced Intervals.icu workouts in the Workouts section of the ROUVY app:
- Open the ROUVY app and log in;
- In the left-hand menu, click Workouts.
- Scroll down to My Collections;
- Look for the Intervals.icu tile and click it to see your synced workouts.
Synchronize Your Timezone
To ensure the imported data from your connected apps is synced correctly, make sure your time zone is set accurately in the connected apps settings.
- Use this direct link to access the Connected Apps page in your Riders Portal.
- Scroll to the very bottom of the page and choose your time zone in the menu.
