What is the Career Carryover?
Career Carryover is a one-time feature that lets new users submit their lifetime stats from another indoor cycling app.
Based on your submission, we’ll match you to an equivalent Career level on ROUVY and give you a head start with Experience Points (XP) and coins.

This feature is available only for new ROUVY users, and only once. Once you've submitted your data and the carryover is complete, the option will disappear from your profile. |
You can find the carryover tool in your Career profile on the Riders Portal, if you are eligible.

What you’ll need to provide
To apply to a Career Carryover, enter your all-time totals from your previous platform, including:
- Total distance (in km or miles),
- Total elevation gained (in m or ft),
- and upload a screenshot from your previous platform as proof of all previous metrics.
| We’ll manually review your submission and calculate your new ROUVY level and Coins and Experience Points (XP) balance based on your distance and elevation totals. |
What you can receive
We designed the program to reward effort while keeping the experience fair for everyone.
Here are the maximums you can get:
- The maximum starting level is Career Level 20 (that’s where most of our riders are).
- You can earn up to 18,050 Experience Points (XP).
- You can receive up to 37,100 coins to get started.
