Here’s what you can do with ROUVY Avatar Customization:

Take a look and make your avatar feel like you!

Where to Find Avatar Customization

Starting with ROUVY app version 3.2.1, Avatar Customization is available to everyone. Just click your icon in the top-left corner of the app, then select 'Customization' from the menu.

This opens the main Avatar Customization dashboard, where you can manage everything about your avatar. From here, you can change your rider’s appearance, edit or create Gear Sets, and explore the original ROUVY Gear Sets.

Gear Sets

We’ve made it easier than ever to manage your visual setup in ROUVY.

With the new Gear Sets section, you can swipe between your saved sets, create new ones from scratch, or duplicate and personalize any of the original ROUVY Gear Sets. It’s a faster way to get everything looking just how you want it.

The classic ROUVY gear sets (previously known as "presets") are still available too, and we’ve included a breakdown of those below if you prefer the original style.

You can also customize your bike frame and wheels. Check out this separate article for all the details.

Existing Gear Sets

On the right side of the Avatar Customization page, you’ll see a selection of default Gear Sets ready to use.
Swipe right to browse the full collection.

The Gear Set your avatar is currently using is marked as 'Selected.' When you find one that fits your style better, click 'Select' below it to apply it to your avatar.

Editing an existing Gear Set

If you like a Gear Set but want to adjust some parts, click 'Edit.'

This opens the editing screen, where you can customize every part of the set.

When browsing gear pieces:

  • The item your avatar is currently wearing is marked as 'Equipped.'
  • The item currently shown on your avatar is highlighted with a purple frame.

To mark an item as a favorite, click the heart icon below it. This adds it to your Favorites folder, found just above.

To apply an item to your avatar, click 'Equip.'
Once equipped, you can exit the menu. Your avatar will wear your new selection.

For accessories like glasses and watches, you can also choose 'None' if you prefer your avatar not to wear them.
