Keeping your ROUVY account secure means using a strong password, updating it regularly, and making sure your email address is always current.
This guide will help you update both, whether you can access your account or not.

Changing your email and password with access to your ROUVY account
If you’re able to sign in on ROUVY.com, follow these steps to change your email address or password:
- click on your profile icon in the top-right corner, then choose 'Account and Membership'.
- On the next page, scroll down to the 'Other' section, and click 'Account and security'.
- From there, you’ll be able to update both your email address and password.
You can also go directly to the Account and Security page if you prefer.

Change your password without access to your ROUVY account
Whether you've just forgotten your password, or have a suspicion that your password may be compromised, please reset your password immediately.
Successful password reset for your ROUVY account depends on whether you have access to the email you've registered with, or not.
If you can access your registration email:
- go to ROUVY.com and click on "Forgot your password?" under the log-in button;
- then enter your registration email and click 'Send';
- an email comes with a link to reset your password.

Important note! It may take up to 20 minutes for the reset email to arrive. Be sure to check your Spam folder. If you’re using Gmail, also check the Promotions tab. |
You can also reset your password in the ROUVY app:
- Open the ROUVY app and enter your registration email.
- Tap 'Continue', then choose 'Forgot password?'.
- You’ll be redirected to the Riders Portal to complete the reset process.
If you no longer have access to your registration email
If you can’t access the email you used to register your ROUVY account, please contact us directly. We’ll help you update your email so you can regain access.
