I Have 'Too Many Devices' Warning And the App is Locked

Whenever you log into the ROUVY App on a new device - be it is a smartphone, tablet, laptop, PC, or even a TV -  the device gets automatically added to the list of devices linked to your ROUVY account.

You can use the ROUVY App on multiple devices, however, we allow each user to have a maximum of 5 devices linked to one account.

If the maximum device limit is exceeded, your account will temporarily lock, and an error message will appear at the bottom of the app stating that the number of devices has been exceeded, and you need to remove some devices.

In case this happens, simply remove some devices until you have 5 or fewer active devices linked.

Remember, devices are added just by logging in to the ROUVY App on a new device.

Please be mindful of the devices you want to use, and do not log in to the ones you don't want to be linked to your account.

 

How To Delete Your Devices

To manage your linked devices:

  • Visit ROUVY.com;
  • Log in to your account in the top-right corner;
  • In the top-right corner, click on your Icon to open a drop-down menu;
  • Click on the Connected Apps and Devices tab;

  • You will see three tabs: Profile, Connected Apps, and Connected Devices;
    Click on the ‘Connected Devices‘ tab;
  • A list of all connected devices will appear, each with a 'Remove' button next to it.
    Simply click on ‘Remove’ next to any device to disconnect it.

Once you've removed some devices, the App will be unlocked automatically.
