These plans guide you step by step, helping you build strength, endurance, and speed — all at your own pace. In this article, you'll learn how to choose, start, and make the most of a ROUVY training plan.
How to Find and Start a Training Plan in the ROUVY App
Open the ROUVY app and go to the 'Workout' section in the left-hand menu bar.
In the 'Workout' section, scroll down to see the latest official ROUVY training plans.
Browse and select a training plan you like.
Click on a plan tile to open its details. You'll see:
- a brief description of the plan and its goal,
- the number of workouts included in the plan,
- total plan duration in weeks,
- recommended workout frequency,
- the number of coins you can earn by completing the plan.
Explore the chosen Training Plan's week-by-week structure.
Below the description, you’ll find a week-by-week overview of the plan.
Click on any workout to view more details, including:
- each specific workout duration,
- focus or goal of the workout,
- route used,
- workout profile and its specific segments, and any other details.

Join the plan and stay on track.
Choose the plan that best fits your goals and schedule. Once you join, stick with it and track your progress as you work toward becoming a stronger cyclist.
Training Plans in the ROUVY Riders Portal
You can also explore all the Training Plans directly from the ROUVY Riders Portal — with the same functionality as in the ROUVY app. More information on the Riders Portal is here.
Simply log in to your account at ROUVY.com, and click on the 'Workouts' section in the top navigation bar. From there, you can browse all available training plans.
Just like in the app, you can see:
- A detailed description of each plan,
- The full week-by-week structure,
- Specific information for every workout.
This makes it easy to plan and manage your training — wherever you are.
You can join a Training Plan from the Rider's Portal and easily open any workout from the plan using the 'Start next workout in app' button.
