Submit screen in ROUVY Route Creator

The Submit screen is your final checkpoint before sending your project to ROUVY for processing. It gives you a clear overview of all key parameters so you can confirm everything is ready.

If all indicators are green, you’re good to submit.

IMPORTANT: This screen is read-only. You can’t make changes here.

If something needs fixing, go back to the relevant step (typically to the Video edit screen).

Common issues

If something is marked in red, it needs attention before submission:

Stabilization score

Minimum required: 2.5 stars.

A lower score means the video is too shaky. Check the stabilization indicator on the Video edit screen and review the problem sections.

In some cases, the footage may not be usable.

Total video length

Maximum allowed: 90 minutes.

Trim your video in the editor or split it into multiple projects.

GPS positional continuity

This means there’s a jump of more than 30 meters in the route.

This is usually caused by an imprecise cut. Go back to the Video edit screen and adjust the highlighted section.

Best practices

Submit when everything is green

Make sure all requirements are met and marked in green before submitting.

Once ready, submit your project to ROUVY using the "Submit to ROUVY" button.

 Track upload progress

After submission, RRC switches to the Project screen and shows the upload progress.

Pause and resume anytime

Projects are often large (tens of GB).
You can close RRC to pause the upload and resume later without losing progress.

Manage your project before upload completes

You can still pause or delete the project during upload if needed.

Expect processing time

After upload, you’ll see an estimated time of completion (ETA). This is only an estimate.
Processing typically takes 2-20 days, depending on the queue.

When your route is successfully processed, the next step is to refine it into its final, publish-ready form.

Use the RRC editing tools to fine-tune your route. Follow the guides in this section to adjust details and make sure everything looks and rides as it should.
