If your card payment failed while purchasing your ROUVY subscription, please, check the following:

  • make sure you've entered your card details correctly, please double check your card number, expiration date, and CVC code;
  • please make sure your card is active;
  • make sure that your card is not expired
  • check if your card allows online payments; you can confirm it in your online banking app or by contacting your bank;
  • check that you have sufficient funds on your bank account associated with the card; 
  • if your payment still fails, please make sure that your bank allows international payments. In some cases it is the bank who denies the transaction.

If you've paid and the subscription is not active, please make sure you've logged into the correct account.
