Your ROUVY subscription is auto-renewed until canceled.

How to Change Your Subscription Plan
You can switch between plans at any time.

To change your subscription, log in to your ROUVY account on ROUVY.com,
- click on your icon in the top-right corner;
- and choose Account and Membership in the drop-down menu.
- You'll see your current plan.
Click the Manage Membership button.
- On the next page, click the Change your plan button on the right.
- On the next page, choose your NEW plan and click Continue.
- Review the changes, check that your current and new plans are what you need, and then confirm the change.
Your new subscription plan is active immediately.
Any unused paid time from the previous plan will be transferred to credits, which will be used for future payments, including changing your plan payment.
You can see the remaining credits in the invoice that you receive in the email, as well as in your ROUVY account.
How to Change Your Payment Method
To update your payment methods, log in to your account on ROUVY.com.
- click on your icon in the top-right corner;
- and choose Account and Membership in the drop-down menu.
- You will be redirected to the page where you can see your current plan.
- Scroll down to the Payment section and click the Payment Methods tab.
- You'll see a summary of your payment methods, including your primary payment method.
- To add a new payment method, click Add Payment Method, and then enter your payment method details.
- To remove a payment method, click the three dots next to the card and select Remove.
- To set a card as your primary payment method, click the three dots and select Make Primary.

Please note: when you add a new payment method, your credit card must be verified. This process is linked with a $1/€1 transaction, however, you are not charged for the amount. The gateway makes this transaction to the bank - the bank forces the user to perform additional verification - and then the transaction is voided. |
