To align with government regulations, starting from January 1, 2025, sales tax will be applied to your ROUVY subscription in certain countries. The added tax will be determined by your billing address and the applicable local tax laws. |
If it becomes necessary to add tax for your location, this change will be applied automatically to your account.
You do not need to take any action.
You can view your next payment amount and access details of your previous invoices at any time.
Follow these steps to get updated information on your ROUVY subscription:
- Log in to your account at ROUVY.com.
- Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner to open the drop-down menu.
- Select "Account and Membership" to see if tax has been applied to your subscription.
The tax will be mentioned next to your monthly subscription price. -
To see the specific tax amount, find the "Settings" section and click "Manage Membership". This will provide a detailed overview of your subscription.
Section "Payment" will show you the exact amount including tax and the exact date of your next payment. - To see your previous invoices, use this direct link, or scroll down the "Account and Membership page" to the "Payment" section and click on "Invoices" to review all past payments.
