Free Trial Period

Every new user gets 7 days completely free to explore ROUVY and decide if a subscription is the right fit.

During your trial, you’ll have full access to all augmented reality (AR) routes and events across ROUVY. 
Non-AR routes and outdoor activity imports are not available during the trial.

How to activate your Free Trial

It only takes two simple steps to get started:

• Create a ROUVY account on ROUVY.com and log in. Step-by-step instructions are here.
• Choose the best subscription plan and enter your credit card details.
  This activates your 7-day Free Trial. 
  Don’t worry, we won’t charge you until your Trial ends!

How long is my Free Trial

You can check how many days are left anytime:

• Log in at ROUVY.com,
• Click your profile icon (top right corner),
• Select 'account and Membership' from the drop-down menu,
• Under your 'Trial' status, you will see the plan that you've chosen and the remaining days of your Trial.

As you start exploring ROUVY, don’t miss the 'Welcome to ROUVY' Challenge!

It’s designed to help you get comfortable with riding on ROUVY and set your Functional Threshold Power (FTP) accurately. Plus, you’ll unlock a special avatar jersey that’s only available through this Challenge, a fun reward to kick off your AR cycling journey.

When your Free Trial ends

To keep using ROUVY to the fullest after your Trial, you’ll need an active ROUVY subscription. 

If you don’t cancel before the Trial ends, your selected subscription plan will begin automatically, and you'll be charged accordingly.

How to purchase a plan after the Free Trial

If you cancelled during the Free Trial and it's ended, but you decided to come back to ROUVY, you can always do so by purchasing the subscription plan immediately.

• Log in to your account on ROUVY.com and choose 'account and Membership' in the drop-down menu under your icon in the top-right corner.
• Click on "Subscribe now", then follow the instructions to purchase a plan.

FAQ

• Yes, you need to enter your credit card details (or other payment method from the available options) to activate the Free Trial Period.

• All registered ROUVY users with canceled accounts can ride 20 km per month for free.
  Any unused free kilometers expire at the end of the month.
  
  You can also buy a Daily Pass to enjoy full ROUVY access for 24 hours, more information on the Daily Pass is here.

• You can enjoy all the functions that the ROUVY app offers, except for non-AR routes and importing outdoor activities. 

• Upon Trial expiration, you will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you chose during the registration phase. You can always change that plan.

  If you decide to cancel, you can still enjoy the free ROUVY account.

• No, your data won’t be deleted. You can always choose to purchase a subscription and continue cycling in the same account you created initially.
• You will be charged only when the Trial period expires. 
• No problem here: your free Trial period starts after you’ve entered your credit card details. So when you are ready, complete your details and activate your free Trial period.
• No, you will not lose your free Trial.
  If you purchase your subscription, then you will be charged after your free Trial expires.
