Free Trial Period

Activation of the Free Trial Period

For all new users, there is a FREE TRIAL PERIOD. No credit card is needed!

Every user will get 14 days for free to test the ROUVY App and make a decision on whether to purchase a subscription.

TRIAL PERIOD is activated once you upload the first (at least) 5 minutes long cycling/running activity or when you select/register for the subscription plan.

If you CREATE, as a new customer, a ROUVY account, you get a 14 day free Trial of cross-platform access. During the TRIAL PERIOD, you have access to all AR routes and EVENTS. Non-AR routes are not available.

To receive those free 14 days, you need to:

  1. CREATE a ROUVY ACCOUNT
  2. SIGN-UP. More information about the sign-up process is here.
  3. Start your first ride – your TRIAL PERIOD will start after the ride which should be at least 5 minutes long.

Your 14 days Free ROUVY TRIAL PERIOD will be on!

FAQ

1. Q: WHAT IF I CAN NOT RIDE RIGHT AWAY AFTER CREATING MY ROUVY ACCOUNT?

A: Have you created a ROUVY account but cannot use the ROUVY App? Because, for example, your trainer isn’t ready yet – don’t worry! Your TRIAL PERIOD starts after your first ride activity. So you have plenty of time to connect with the trainer and complete the first ride.

2. Q: OOPS! I PURCHASED THE SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE MY FREE TRIAL EXPIRED.

A: It is no problem. You will be charged when the TRIAL PERIOD expires.

NB* The external subscription (iTunes and GooglePlay) is not linked with the ROUVY FREE TRIAL PERIOD. When you purchase the external subscription, the subscription plan is active immediately.
