Members Management in DUO and GROUP Plan

As a plan owner of a DUO or GROUP plan, you can invite members to your plan.

This article explains how to add a member, how to delete a member, and where you can see your member's information.
For more information about each new subscription plan please take a look at this article.

Adding a New Member

To add a member to your DUO or GROUP plan:

• log in to your account on ROUVY.com,
• click on your ICON in the top-right corner, and choose the ACCOUNT section:

• Then click on the Manage Membership button;

• Use the invite link at the bottom of the page to invite new members:
  just copy the link and send it to the person you want to invite as your new member.

• When the member receives the link, they should open the link and accept your invitation on their device:

• The member should create an account, or log in to the existing one to start using ROUVY.

Where is Your Members' List?

If you want to see all the members you have under your subscription, should

• log in to your account on ROUVY.com,
• click on your ICON in the top-right corner, and choose the ACCOUNT section:

• Click on the Manage Membership button:

• Scroll down and you can see your invited members under your plan:

Delete a Member from Your Plan

As a plan owner of DUO and GROUP plan you can also delete an invited member from your subscription.

• log in to your account on ROUVY.com,
• click on your ICON in the top-right corner, and choose the ACCOUNT section:

• Click on the Manage Membership button:

• Then you see your invited members under your plan.
• You can delete a member by clicking on the DELETE button.
