The new plans are exclusively available to purchase only through ROUVY.com.

This article gives insights into the three new subscription plans ROUVY offers and guides you through the most valuable tips on managing your subscription effectively.

Dear current ROUVY subscribers!

If you have the old Legacy subscription plan, that auto-renews every 1/6/12 months,
then your current subscription price and billing date will remain unchanged.

We will continue charging the same Legacy price as before until you decide to switch it yourself.

If you're interested in switching to one of our new subscription plans, please take a look at this section below for more detailed information.

Please note: once you change your Legacy plan - there is no way to change it back!

 

 

What does each plan have?

Each ROUVY subscription plan has an owner and can have some members:

PLAN OWNER


The user whose credit card is charged for the plan.

This person manages the subscription.

PLAN MEMBER


The user who was invited by the plan owner to join the DUO or GROUP plan.

 

 

IMPORTANT!
Plan members can accept an invitation from a different plan owner once in 12 months only!

How to Purchase a New Plan?

If you have an active ROUVY subscription, please follow these steps in the section below and change your current plan to the new one.


If you are new to ROUVY, go to ROUVY.com, enter your e-mail address, and click GET STARTED:

Follow the steps to create your account:

Follow through to the page where you choose your plan, then click NEXT.

You can apply your promo code or gift card in the next step:

Enter your credit card details or choose another payment method and confirm your purchase:

Your new ROUVY plan is now purchased!

How to Change a Subscription Plan?

First, log in to your ROUVY account on ROUVY.com,

  • click on your ICON in the top-right corner
  • and choose SUBSCRIPTION in the drop-down menu.

You will be redirected to the page where you can see your current Legacy plan.
To change your plan click on the CHANGE YOUR PLAN button.

Choose your NEW plan and click CONTINUE:

Go through the summary of change and CONFIRM it:

IMPORTANT

In case of a plan switch-up, the new plan price is charged immediately, starting your new billing period on that day!
In case of a plan switch-down, the new price is charged at the end of your current billing period!

 

How to Invite a Member?

As a plan owner of a DUO or GROUP plan, you can invite members to your plan.
More detailed step-by-step instructions are in this article.

To do that, 

  • log in to your account on ROUVY.com,
  • click on your ICON in the top-right corner, and choose the ACCOUNT section:

  • then click on MANAGE MEMBERSHIP:

  • Use the invite link at the bottom of the page to invite the members - just copy it and send it to your member:

The member should accept your invitation on their device,
then create a new ROUVY account, or log in to their existing one.

Then you see your invited member in the SUBSCRIPTION section under your plan:

Payment Security

We take your security seriously. We strictly use SSL to encrypt personal information. ROUVY does not store or receive any payment information.

We use Braintree and Adyen to process payments by credit card and PayPal, and Chargebee for Saas Management.

ROUVY does not store or receive any payment information. 

To ensure greater security Braintree shares only the status of the transaction keeping any billing information safe. Braintree is a PCI-DSS Certified Level 1 payment processor. This is the most stringent level of certification available.
