ROUVY uniquely combines Outdoor and Indoor rides in the ROUVY Career feature.

You can import your Outdoor rides from some of your connected apps and get Experience Points for cycling outside, which will count towards your ROUVY career.

We want you to be rewarded for your outdoor efforts, too. 
 

Where to Find Your Outdoor Activities

All your synced outdoor activities appear in your Calendar.

To view them, 

  • log in to your profile at ROUVY.com;
  • in your dashboard, click the Calendar tab in the top bar.

  • This opens a calendar view showing all your activities, including indoor rides, workouts, events, and outdoor activities.
  • To filter what’s shown, click the tick icon next to each activity type in the top-right corner.
    Only the selected ones will appear in your Calendar.

  • Clicking on an activity in the Calendar takes you to the original activity in the connected app.
  • The Calendar shows all the details of your outdoor activity, including your earned Experience Points (XP), duration, elevation, and calories burned.
  • You’ll also find a weekly summary of all your activities on the right side of each week.

How to Start Uploading Your Outdoor Activities

To upload your outdoor rides, connect one of the apps that supports syncing with ROUVY. For more information on connected apps, take a look at this section.

Once connected, your outdoor rides will be added to your Calendar, earning you Experience Points (XP) just like indoor rides. There's no difference between the outdoor and indoor Experience Points (XP) for your ROUVY Career progression.

You will get the outdoor Experience Points (XP) during your trial period or if you have a ROUVY subscription.
If you end your subscription, your Experience Points (XP) remain.

 

Important!

XP is not awarded for manually uploaded outdoor rides. To earn XP, you must set up automatic synchronization. To do that, follow the steps below.

 

How to Set up Automatic Connection of the Apps

To set up the automatic sync of the apps,

  • log in to your profile on ROUVY.com;
  • click your profile icon in the top-right corner;
  • select Connected apps and devices.

  • On the settings page, toggle Sync Automatically for the app you want to connect.

Troubleshooting: Why an Activity Might Not Count

Outdoor rides won't be counted toward your ROUVY Career in the following cases:

  • The activity was done before the feature was released.
  • The activity was completed before the app was synced with ROUVY.
  • Multiple activities were imported at the same time.
  • The activity exceeded the 1650 Vm/h limit.
  • The average speed was too high.
  • The average speed was below 8 km/h.
  • The activity was completed without an active subscription or outside the trial period.
