As a plan owner of a DUO or GROUP plan, you can invite other to join your plan.
This article covers how to add a member, how to delete a member, and where you can see your member's information. For more details on each subscription plan, check out this article.

Adding a new member
To add someone to your DUO or GROUP plan, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account at ROUVY.com,
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and go to the 'Account and Membership' section.
- Then click on the 'Manage Subscription' button;
- At the bottom of the page, you’ll see a section called "Plan members". Click on the "Manage Members" button to see your members list and the invite link.
- Here you can see the list of your current members if you have any, and below there is your invite link. Copy it and share it with the person you’d like to invite.
- When they receive the link, they should open it and accept your invitation on their own device.
- To start using ROUVY, the invited person must either create an account or log in to an existing one.
- They’ll also need to complete their profile by filling in key metrics and answering a few setup questions.
Without this step, the invitation won’t be activated.

IMPORTANT! Plan members can accept an invitation from a different plan owner once in 12 months only! |
Where to find your members list and how to delete someone
To view and manage the members included in your DUO or GROUP plan:
- log in to your account on ROUVY.com,
- click your profile icon in the top-right corner and go to the 'Account and Membership' section.
- Click on the 'Manage Subscription' button.
- At the bottom of the page, you’ll see a section called "Plan members". Click on the "Manage Members" button to see your members list and the invite link.
- To remove someone, click the delete icon next to their name.
