We are excited to unveil our new loyalty program designed to celebrate our dedicated ROUVY riders!

You are eligible for the Loyalty Program benefits if you've been with ROUVY for more than 65 days, including the Free Trial period. 

We've temporarily increased pause limits for all loyalty levels!

ROUVY Loyalty program has four levels:

18% off annual plans

the new plan starts immediately

Level 3

after two years with ROUVY 30/60/170 day pausing once a calendar year 20 km/month for free when the subscription is paused

21% off annual plans

the new plan starts immediately

Level 4

after three years as a ROUVY rider 30/60/180 day pausing once a calendar year 20 km/month for free when the subscription is paused

24% off annual plans

the new plan starts immediately

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE
ROUVY reserves the right to adjust the amounts of discounts offered on our products and services at any time.

Pausing (and Free Tier) is available for Legacy subscriptions.
Discounts can only be applied to the new plans. 

If you have a Legacy plan, you need to switch to any of the YEARLY new subscription plans (Single, Duo, Group) to use the Loyalty discount.
Your unused prepaid subscription will be converted to a credit and used to reduce the payment.

 

Pausing Guidelines

  • You can pause your billing for a chosen amount of days once in a calendar year.
  • Every Loyalty Level has its own amount of days available for pausing. Take a look at the table above.
  • The days your subscription is paused still count towards your next Loyalty Level.
  • Only the plan owner can pause the subscription - members' subscriptions are paused automatically.
  • You can resume your billing anytime when paused.
    However, remember you can only use pausing once in a calendar year.
  • Pausing is available in your ROUVY account, under Account - then Manage Membership button, or by clicking on this link.
  • After your paused period, your subscription is resumed: we do not charge you immediately, we move your billing date by calculating the amount of unused subscription time you've had before pausing the subscription.
  • If you cancel your subscription, your loyalty status is reset.

Discount Guidelines

ROUVY reserves the right to adjust the amounts of discounts offered on our products and services at any time.
  • Discounts have to be claimed, they are not automatically applied.
    Check this link to claim your available discount.
  • Discounts apply to annual plans only.
  • If you have an active subscription and purchase a yearly discounted plan, your unused subscribed time is deducted from the discounted price. You do not lose any paid subscription time.

Free Tier Guidelines

  • When your subscription is paused you can ride up to 20 km for free.
  • You cannot ride Races and Group rides.
