ROUVY Loyalty Program

We are excited to unveil our new loyalty program designed to celebrate our dedicated ROUVY riders!

You are eligible for the Loyalty Program benefits if you've been with ROUVY for more than 65 days, including the Free Trial period. 

Note: pausing is now available to all ROUVY riders - check out this article for more information.


Loyalty Program Levels

ROUVY Loyalty program has four levels:

Loyalty Level

Eligible after

Discount

Level 1

your first 65 days as a ROUVY rider

15% off annual plans

New plan starts:

Immediately if changed from a monthly subscription;

At the beginning of the next billing period if changed from a yearly subscription.

Level 2

one year of riding with us

! subscription must be continuous, without cancellation

18% off annual plans

New plan starts:

Immediately if changed from a monthly subscription;

At the beginning of the next billing period if changed from a yearly subscription.

Level 3

after two years with ROUVY

! subscription must be continuous, without cancellation

21% off annual plans

New plan starts:

Immediately if changed from a monthly subscription;

At the beginning of the next billing period if changed from a yearly subscription.

Level 4

after three years as a ROUVY rider

! subscription must be continuous, without cancellation

24% off annual plans

New plan starts:

Immediately if changed from a monthly subscription;

At the beginning of the next billing period if changed from a yearly subscription.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE
 

  • If you have a Legacy plan, you need to switch to any of the YEARLY subscription plans (Single, Duo, Group) to use the Loyalty discount.
    Legacy plans are not eligible for Loyalty discounts.
     
  • If you change from a monthly subscription, any unused prepaid subscription will be converted to a credit and applied to reduce your payment.

 

Loyalty Program Guidelines

ROUVY reserves the right to adjust the amounts of discounts offered on our products and services at any time.
  • Discounts have to be claimed, they are not automatically applied.
    Check this link to claim your available discount.
     
  • Users must claim each new Loyalty Level as soon as they reach it.
    Use this link to check your current Loyalty Level and claim the next one if you’re eligible.
     
  • The user can claim the Loyalty Discount only for periods when their own subscription has been active without interruption. 
    In other words, if you cancel and later resubscribe, your Loyalty discount resets. 

     
  • Paused time counts toward the Loyalty discount.

     
  • Discounts apply to annual plans only.

     
  • If you have an active monthly subscription and purchase a yearly discounted plan, your unused subscribed time is deducted from the discounted price. 
    You do not lose any paid subscription time.
