ROUVY now offers the option to pause your subscription for up to 180 days once per calendar year, available to all ROUVY riders.

IMPORTANT: Please note that only the plan owner can pause/unpause the subscription for all the plan members. Plan members CANNOT pause/unpause their subscription themselves, this decision is on the plan owner only. |

| How long can I pause for? | For up to 180 days once in a calendar year. Your subscription is immediately paused after you click the Pause Subscription button. |
| Do I still earn XP points for my outdoor rides when my subscription is paused? |
Yes, your outdoor rides count, and you get your XP points for outdoor rides when paused. |
| Where do I pause my subscription? |
In your account on ROUVY.COM: - log in to your ROUVY Account; - in the top right corner drop-down menu choose Account and Membership; - next to your subscription information click on Manage Membership; -next to the Change your plan button you'll see the 'Pause subscription; button, click on it; - on the top of the page you'll see the Pause Subscription button. - Read the important information and confirm pausing. Please note that your subscription is paused immediately.

| What happens when I unpause/ subscription is renewed? |
You won’t be charged right away. Your subscription renews, giving you full access to ROUVY. You’ll receive an email with your new billing date, adjusted for the remaining paid time from when you paused. |
| What happens to my already paid time if I pause before the billing date? | When you renew your subscription, your billing date is moved so you enjoy your paid subscription time without losing any of it. |
| While paused, you can enjoy: |
Free access to 20 km of riding per month; or you can buy a Daily Pass for full access to ROUVY for 24 hours. |
| You cannot accumulate free kilometers while paused - you can only use 20 free km per month. Any unused free kilometers expire at the end of the month. |
When ready, you can renew your subscription anytime with just one click.
Renewing does NOT mean that we charge you immediately:
Depending on how much paid time was left when you paused your subscription, we adjust your billing date accordingly.
