Free Trial period

When and how is the Trial period activated?

For all new users, there is a free Trial period.

No credit card needed!

Every user will get 14 days for free to test the ROUVY app and make a decision whether to purchase a subscription.

ROUVY Trial period is activated once you upload the first (at least) 5 minutes long ride or when you register the subscription plan.

If you create, as a new customer, a ROUVY account, you get our 14 days free trial cross-platform access.

To receive those free 14 days you need to:

  1. To create a ROUVY account – provide sign-up. More information about the sign-up process here.
  2. Start your first ride – Your trial period will start after the ride which is 5 minutes long.

Your 14 days Free ROUVY Trial Period is on!

What will happen when my Trial is over?

After the expiration date of your Trial, remember that your ROUVY account stays active and keeps all settings, information, and activities. A ROUVY account without a valid subscription has this the Free mode, where the free ride (limited by 1 hour) is enabled only (only in the ROUVY Workouts application). If you like to continue with ROUVY subscription content, you need to purchase a ROUVY subscription. Simply go to our ROUVY web > log in with your ROUVY credentials > Settings > Subscription > click on the green button "Subscribe" > follow the process.

What about if I cannot ride right away after I have created my ROUVY Account?

You created a ROUVY account, but you are unable to use our app? Because, for example, your trainer isn’t ready yet – don’t worry! Your Trial period starts after your first ride activity. So you have plenty of time to connect the trainer and complete the first ride.

Oops! I purchased the subscription before my Free Trial expired?!

It is no problem, you will be charged when the Trial period expires.

NB* The external subscription (iTunes and GooglePlay) is not linked with the ROUVY Free Trial period. When you purchase the external subscription, the subscription plan is active immediately.
