| Whether you ride indoors on ROUVY or head outside, every kilometer contributes to the Community Challenge. |
You can participate through:
- Everything within the ROUVY App: Routes, Workouts, Group Rides and Races, and
- Outdoor rides connected to ROUVY.
Active subscription required

Participation requires an active ROUVY subscription. Only the users with an active subscription can participate in this challenge and get rewards. |
No upper kms limit
You need to ride at least 25 km in each stage to qualify for prizes, including the final draw.
On top of that, you can ride as much as you want and keep contributing to the community total.
Open to everyone
Whether you are new to cycling or a seasoned rider, everyone can participate.
There is no limit for time, speed, or cadence.

To qualify for rewards in each stage, you must ride at least 25 km during that stage. Ride at least 25 km in all 8 stages, and you will be entered into a draw for a real bike worth up to €10,000. |

- California Road Trip
- Tour de Suisse
- French Grand Tour
- Spanish Grand Tour
All eligible kilometers completed during these events will count toward the Community Challenge stages.
How to Participate
1. Join the Community Challenge
Log in to your ROUVY account on the web or directly in the ROUVY App.
You can join the challenge:
- From the Community Challenge tile on your dashboard on the ROUVY web,
- Through the Challenges tab in the ROUVY App,
- Via this direct web link.
Click the 'Join Challenge' button to register.
You must join the challenge to participate and become eligible for rewards.
2. Contribute to the Challenge Stages:
| The Community Challenge is divided into 8 stages that together build toward the 20 million km community goal. |
A new stage begins once the previous stage goal has been reached.
To complete a stage:
- Ride at least 25 km during the active stage,
- You can complete the distance across multiple rides,
- Indoor and outdoor rides both count.
There is no maximum contribution.
| After a stage ends, your progress resets for the next stage. You must complete another 25 km to qualify again. |
You can skip stages if you choose, but only riders who complete all 8 stages qualify for the grand prize bike draw.
3. Track your progress
Follow the overall Community Challenge progress directly in:
- The ROUVY App, or
- The Riders Portal on the web.
You can also:
- Track your personal contribution,
- View your completed stages,
- Compare your ranking on the Contributors Leaderboard,
- Filter the leaderboard to show only you and your ROUVY Friends.

Rewards may include:
- Experience Points,
- Coins,
- Exclusive in-app items,
- Community Challenge gear.
You must have an active subscription at the end of the stage to receive rewards.
Expanded Community Challenge kit
The Community Challenge kit is growing this year.
In 2025, riders earned the exclusive Community Challenge Jersey. For 2026, we are adding:
- A matching helmet,
- A matching bike design.
Riders who did not unlock last year’s jersey will have another chance to earn it as a reward in Stage 1.
Grand prize bike draw
Complete all 8 stages by riding at least 25 km in each stage to enter the final draw for a:
Real bike of your choice worth up to €10,000
The final prize winner will be selected from riders who successfully completed every stage of the Community Challenge.
