You ROUVY Riders' Portal on ROUVY.com is designed to make your indoor cycling adventure even better, right alongside your ROUVY App.

You profile on Riders Portal is your cycling command center where everything about your ROUVY account comes together - from training plans to social features and all your cycling activities.
It's easy to navigate, so you can easily tweak settings, check your activities and connect with other cyclists.

In this article, we'll walk you through all the settings you can customize on your ROUVY rider's portal on ROUVY.com.

You Dashboard on Riders Portal

After logging into your ROUVY profile on ROUVY.com, you’ll land on your Dashboard where all your essential cycling stats and features are organized.

• At the top of the dashboard, you’ll find a handy navigation bar. This includes your training calendar, routes catalog, workouts, events, challenges, and the spotlight section. Simply click on any tab to dive deeper into each topic.
• On the left side, there’s a brief overview of your cycling career and stats from the last 30 days. You’ll see buttons to ‘View Career’ and ‘View Past Activities’:
  • View Career: Click here for a detailed look at your career level. Read more on the topic in this article.
  • View Past Activities: This takes you to your training calendar, where you can review and share both your outdoor and indoor activities. Find out more about this in this article.
• The middle section, all your indoor and outdoor activities are listed. You can easily filter them to show all or just your personal activities. Clicking on an activity will display all its details.
• On the right side, you’ll see your friends' list and the ‘Manage Friends’ button. Want to know more about connecting with friends on ROUVY? Check out the link here.
• In the top-right corner, quickly adjust the site’s language, access the notification center via the bell icon, view your friends' list through the friends icon, and explore more options under your profile icon in the dropdown menu that is described below.

Riders Profile Settings

When you click on your icon in the top-right corner, a dropdown menu appears, offering you various settings options to customize your cycling experience.

Edit Your Personal Information and Units

To update your personal details and unit preferences, just follow these simple steps:

• Go to ROUVY.com.
• Log In to your account using your email and password.
• Click on Profile Settings from the dropdown menu in the top-right corner, then select Profile tab.

• You'll find a tabs labeled Profile and Units, where you can adjust your details and body proportions, as well as set your preferred units (metric or imperial).
• Remember to click Save to ensure all your updates are applied successfully.
  Adjust your settings anytime to keep your profile up-to-date!

Change Your Nickname and Picture

You can update your nickname and profile picture anytime in your Profile Settings.

• Click on your icon in the top-right corner;
• Select Profile Settings from the drop-down menu.

• Make sure you're on the Profile tab.
• Here, you can:
  • Change your profile picture by dragging and dropping a new one or selecting a file from your device.
  • Edit your nickname by simply typing a new one in the field.
• Don’t forget to click Save to apply your changes!

• Email Address: If you need to change your email address, please reach out to us directly at support@rouvy.com. For security reasons, email addresses cannot be updated through your profile settings.
• Phone Number (Optional): Providing your phone number is optional. If you choose to enter it, select your country by tapping the flag icon to apply the correct country code (e.g., USA +1), then enter the rest of your number.

Account Privacy Settings

At the bottom of the Profile Settings tab, you’ll find a section labeled Social. Here, you can choose how visible you want your profile to be to other users with two privacy options:

• Private: Select this option if you prefer to keep your profile off all leaderboards.
• Public: Choose this if you want your profile to appear on leaderboards. Even when your profile is public, ROUVY safeguards your personal information and will not display sensitive details like your date of birth, biometrics, telephone number, or email address.

To update your privacy settings, simply select your preferred option and click Save. Adjust these settings anytime to suit your comfort and privacy preferences.

Changing your email, password, and communication preferences

You can update your email address and password anytime in your Riders portal to keep your account secure. For step-by-step instructions, please see this article.

To manage your communication preferences, head to the 'Account and membership' section in the top-right corner menu, and scroll down to the 'Other' tab. 

There, you can review and adjust your consent for marketing and other types of communication. Just tick the boxes for the types of emails and push notifications you'd like to receive.

This gives you full control over how we stay in touch, you're only getting the updates you care about.
