One account, two places Once you create your user account, you use the same credentials to log in to your web profile on ROUVY.com and into the ROUVY App. |
Create a ROUVY Account on the Web
If you are new to ROUVY, go to ROUVY.com, enter your email address and click GET STARTED:
You will be taken to the page where you create a password.

If the email is already in use If the address was already used to create a ROUVY account, you won't be able to continue. Reset your password instead. |

Sign-up page languages This page is also available in Czech, German, Spanish, French, and Italian. To change the language, select a different option from the drop-down menu at the bottom of the page. |
Follow the steps to create your account:
Follow through to the page where you choose your plan. Every new ROUVY user gets a 7-day free trial.

How the free trial works The trial starts once you enter your payment details, and we don't charge you until it's over. More information on the Free Trial Period and on ROUVY Pricing. |
In the next step you add your credit card details or choose another payment method, and you can apply a promo code or a gift card at the same time:
Your free trial is now started. Don't forget to follow through the next steps and set up your profile by answering a few easy questions.
You can invite your friends or family members to a DUO or GROUP plan. More information is in ROUVY Subscription Management.

Before the invitation works The invited rider has to finish setting up their profile, which means adding all the required metrics and answering the questions. Until that's done, the invitation won't go through. |
